My Cell "Tricking" Theory (Inspired by my Grandfather Davis)

When someone receives a new organ the recipient’s immune system, the cells, will often reject it, confusing it for a pathogen, antigen, virus, etc. But cells in the body communicate with each other through chemical signals, but if artificial chemical signals could be sent to the cells, you could essentially tell them “Wait Stop, it's on your side!” and by extension you would not have to suppress immunity and by further extension any  bacteria or viruses will have a really hard time entering the body. It could be a game changer in medical science but of course I could be wrong and there is some function of the body I don’t know about, but if it does work it would save a lot of lives but that’s my theory about making donation recipients safer.
